Mission blue butterfly There are 33 endangered, rare, and threatened species in the parks! All of the Site Stewardship sites host one or more of these sensitive critters, including the Mission blue butterfly, the San Bruno elfin, the San Francisco garter snake, and the California red-legged frog.
